Begin the tour by visiting a local market with our Chef to see lively activities of the traditional market. There you will be taught how to select the ingredients for dishes in menu like locals. After buying local products and meat, we head to our Cookery Center.
We begin to approach to culinary aspect and the culture of Vietnamese gastronomy. The Chef introduces the dishes to make and the ingredients used as well. Then, everybody put their hands on. Participants cook all together with our Chef but everyone has their own material and ingredients for a better understanding of cooking techniques. You will use Vietnamese kitchenware to realize and enjoy a tasty 3 courses meal plus a delicious seasonal dessert. Throughout the course, you have the opportunity to observe all the skill of Chefs and the trick that can achieve any recipe, even those who seemed the most difficult. Carving fruit or vegetables is also offered by Chef to amaze your presentation to the plate !
Finally, let’s savour your own creation together. Highlighted your performance by a “Certificate of Recognition“, you also win a book of recipes and your gift of remembrance.
